Ms. Guerry is an accomplished energy industry executive with over 15 years of diverse and commercially focused experience at successful, internationally recognized energy companies. Currently, Ms. Guerry is Vice President, Regulatory Affairs North America for Enel X North America and has a team responsible for energy market and policy development, at State and Federal levels, in regions and areas impacting Enel X businesses. Enel X is part of the Enel Group, one of the largest utilities in the world that invests globally in renewable resources, storage, modern distribution systems. Enel X provides demand-side solutions for the energy needs of grid operators, utilities and its commercial and industrial customers. Enel X one of the largest Demand Response aggregators in the world, and now also provides Distributed Energy Resource solutions for its customers. The development and aggregation of DR, DER, and other customer focused energy solutions that optimize efficiency and reliability while maximizing value of a customer’s flexibility in energy consumption and procurement is currently the primary focus of Enel X in North America. Enel X is also a quickly growing into the EV sector and
Ms. Guerry’s Regulatory Affairs team supports the market and program participation and optimization of Enel X’s aggregated resources made of customer sited solutions. Previously, Ms. Guerry served in the same role at EnerNOC, which was acquired by Enel in 2017. Prior to joining EnerNOC, Ms. Guerry was with Hess Corporation for 10 years where she served in multiple roles within its Retail Energy Marketing business. This included ISO Services Director (PJM), Manager of the Government and Bid Sales Team (portfolio of electric, natural gas, and fuel oil retail supply agreements), Regulatory Affairs Specialist (handling state regulatory affairs for their retail natural gas business), and Attorney – Risk Department (negotiating natural gas trading and purchase and sale agreements).
Ms. Guerry is currently a Board member of the Advanced Energy Management Alliance (AEMA); a prominent DR and DER trade association. She also served as Chair of PJM Member’s Committee in 2016, Vice Chair in 2015, and Liaison Committee Chair in 2015. Ms. Guerry graduated with honors from Rutgers Law School, and with B.A.’s in Political Science and English from the College of William and Mary. Ms. Guerry and her husband are the proud parents of three girls, and one large dog.
